Buna Treks and Tours is a 100% PNG owned and operated business since 2014. We are located in Port Moresby and offer tours across Papua New Guinea.

We also tailor tours upon request that best suit your preference and give you excess to exclusive sites and experiences around PNG that only the locals can share with the depth of insight required to appreciate the experience.

Our area of focus is in trekking tours and we have guides and porters with over 20 years experience in mountain trekking especially on the Kokoda Track and Kapakapa Track.

Currently we offer five days trekking for those physically fit and strong who want to take on the Kokoda Track, we also offer eight days and ten days trekking on the Kokoda track.
We are the direct descendants of the pioneers who trekked Kokoda, so our guides have the depth of experience and history therefore are confident with the knowledge of the track and the history of it’s development.
